A Taste of Edmonds is a three-day celebration with food and music

EDMONDS — It has 35 regional food vendors, three stages of entertainment (one of them for kids), a children’s area with rides and arts and crafts booths.
It’s no wonder that the 34th annual A Taste of Edmonds festival, today through Sunday, is sure to draw thousands of people to Civic Field in downtown Edmonds.
For many of the musicians who perform for the Taste, it’s the annual south Snohomish County party that can’t be missed.
Steve Fossen, a founding member and original bassist for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Heart, will bring his band Heart By Heart to Edmonds for the group’s annual appearance. Fossen, who grew up just over the county line in Lake Forest Park, is fond of Edmonds, he has said.
Heart By Heart performs at 7 p.m. tonight at Civic Field.
