Barnes & Noble Alderwood announced that it will host its second annual Mini Maker Faire on Nov. 5 and 6. Customers will be able to meet local makers, participate in interactive product demonstrations and take part in collaborative hands-on experiences designed to stretch imaginations and creative thinking. Marysville Tulalip chamber plans annual Christmas Party fundraiser
The Greater Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Christmas Party Fundraiser from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 1, in the Tulalip Resort Ballroom. Auction donations will be accepted until Nov. 16. Individual tickets to the event are $65. Tables are $520. Non-profit and sponsor discounts are available.
Perfectly Posh honors Mount Vernon consultant
Lauri Lauritsen of Mount Vernon was recently named as the 19th member of the Pinnacle Club for Perfectly Posh out of more than 87,000 consultants in the United States. Perfectly Posh is a multi-level marketing company that sells naturally based pampering, personal care and skin care products. Lauritsen has been a consultant with Perfectly Posh for four years.
