Locust Way bridge in Bothell scheduled to reopen Dec. 5

BOTHELL — Bridge 504 on Locust Way is scheduled to reopen to traffic Dec. 5, more than a month and a half behind schedule. Record rainfall in October delayed construction, with dry weather required to pour concrete and place backfill material.
The bridge may still be restricted to one lane of traffic for about two weeks after reopening.
The Swamp Creek Bridge 504 replacement project began in June. Work was expected to wrap up in mid-October.
