Monroe High School leadership students hosted a “Kindness Matters” leadership summit with over 1,000 of their peers on Nov. 17. Over 20 schools were represented from across the Wesco and Kingo conferences.

“Your job as a student leader is so much more than planning assemblies, making posters, and putting on dances. Your number one job is to come to school every day and show the student body what unconditional love looks like,” said Houston Kraft, a motivational speaker and leadership consultant, in his address to the gathering of 1,130 leadership students.
