Man found in lake committed suicide

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — The death of a man whose body was found in Lake Ballinger in October has been ruled a suicide.
Sylvio Kasongo, 24, of Edmonds, drowned, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office reported on Friday.
