The Kiwanis Club of Snohomish recently named Susan Cedergreen its Citizen of the Quarter. Cedergreen is a retired teacher from the Snohomish School District and is public relations director for JustServe, which matches faith, nonprofit, community and governmental organizations with needed volunteers.
