Gyro Shack to open in Everett next week

The Gyro Shack plans to open May 8 at 6500 Evergreen Way in Everett featuring two drive-up windows and a patio for outdoor seating.

The Boise, Idaho,-based business plans to open two dozen locations around the region. The Everett Gyro Schack will be owned and operated by Tony and Kristen McNulty, who want to open three locations in the area.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The McNultys plan to hire eight to 10 people for the Evergreen Way location.
