Snohomish County receives Leaders in Sustainability award

A premier battery recycling program, Call2Recycle, has selected Snohomish County’s Solid Waste Division as a recipient of its 2016 Leader in Sustainability Award.

The award recognizes the 100 top preforming Call2Recycle collection sites in their commitment to environmental preservation through battery recycling. Snohomish County celebrated its 16th consecutive year of partnering with the Call2Recycle program in 2016.
