Washington Bankers Association names new president-CEO

On May 3, the Washington Bankers Association announced that Glen Simecek will become the association’s new president & CEO, effective July 1, replacing Jim Pishue, who is retiring.

Simecek has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as senior vice president and director of the Western Office for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines.
