City-owned property in Lake Stevens drawing interest

The City of Lake Stevens is seeing interest in its sale of nine land parcels on the 20th Street SE corridor. NAI Puget Sound Properties is the broker for this city-owned surplus property that was originally owned by Snohomish County but transferred to Lake Stevens in 2016.
