Speed, DUI suspected in crash that injured Lynnwood woman

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — An Everett man is suspected of driving while under the influence during a collision on I-5 that injured him and another person Tuesday.
The 32-year-old man was heading north on the interstate in a Dodge Avenger, according to State Patrol. It was around 9:40 p.m.
A motorhome was broken down on the right shoulder near the exit for 236th Street SW. The Avenger reportedly drifted out of its lane and struck the RV.
A 58-year-old Lynnwood woman inside the motorhome was injured. The driver of the Avenger also was taken to the hospital.
Speed also was a factor in the collision, according to State Patrol.
No other injuries were reported.
