The Rotary Club of Monroe recently presented two $500 checks. One was given to Darian Caldwell in support of the Snohomish Country Rotaract club and their community service projects. The other was presented to board members of the Hands for Peacemaking Foundation for international services in Guatemala, represented by CEO Peter Kinch and Marge and Duane Fairweather.

Money came from proceeds of an annual barn dance, dinner and auction. Learn more at www.rotaryofmonroe.org.
