HEADS UP

Highway 530 resurfacing restarts

Crews are headed back to Highway 530 to put an asphalt-coated gravel and oil surface over all the pavement repair and crack sealing they did earlier this year between the South Fork Stillaguamish River Bridge in Arlington to Lake Cavanaugh Road near Oso.

Crews plan to work weekdays starting Thursday through Monday. The work will be timed to the hottest temperatures of the day.

Expect long delays behind this moving operation and work zone. Flaggers and a pilot car will alternate traffic through the area.
