Music in the Museum: A strings trio — violinist Pamela Liu, cellist Mike Center and pianist Harumi Makiyama — will perform at 6 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Cascadia Art Museum, 190 Sunset Ave. S., Edmonds. John Mueller’s Winter Dance Party: John Mueller’s Winter Dance Party showcases the best hits from Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper at 8 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave., Everett. Holly Pyle: “Jazz from the Silver Screen” will feature Phoenix pop-soul vocalist Holly Pyle at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 17 at Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater, 1211 Fourth St., Snohomish. Pyle, who performs with leading jazz groups and tours with progressive soul-pop band House of Stairs, will sing film favorites from the 1930s to today, including “The Wizard of Oz,” “Oklahoma!” and “Oceans Eleven.” Tickets are $20. Legend of the Blues: Coco Montoya and His Band headline the sixth annual Legend of the Blues Concert at 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at Byrnes Performing Arts Center, 18821 Crown Ridge Blvd., Arlington. Montoya is a blues singer and guitarist who was a member of the John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers band. Presented by the Arlington Arts Council. Advance tickets are $15 or $20 at the door.
