EVERETT — An SUV crashed into a fire station Saturday night.

A woman in her 30s driving a Nissan Murano allegedly went off the roadway, through a fence, over a rock wall and collided with the Everett Fire Department station at 1600 Madison Street just before 7:30 p.m., according to a news release from the city.

Two firefighters were in the room where the SUV broke through the wall. They were not hurt and neither was the driver.

The Everett Police Department is investigating the crash.

The fire station will remain open and operational.
