Teen’s death was not an ‘accident’

I have to take issue with the headline of the article regarding the “accident” that took the life of yet another teen in Marysville. (“Accident claimed gentle teen.”) This was no “accident.” This actually was “manslaughter.” There is no accident in getting behind the wheel when you have been drinking or using drugs. Try telling the family and friends of Shane Santos that his death was an accident. I’m sure they don’t think so.
