Enter the food preservation category at the Evergreen Fair

MONROE —If you believe nothing beats your baking or your food preservation, now it’s your time to prove it at the Evergreen State Fair.

Walk-in entries will be accepted Monday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Display Hall, Building 500, at the fairgrounds. The address is 14405 179th Ave SE, Monroe.

People of any age or residency may enter. There is no need to be a member of 4-H or FFA.

Food preservation includes canned items, dehydrated items, flavored vinegars and instant mixes in a jar.
