LIVE at 2A, 3A and 4A state track and field championships at Mount Tahoma Stadium – Day 1

It took me longer to get here than I had hoped (thanks for nothing, I-5 gridlock!) but I’m finally here at Mount Tahoma Stadium. I’m just getting set up in the press box and sorting out which events I need to go watch.

The weather isn’t so great down here — it’s a bit breezy and dark blue-gray clouds loom to the east — but at least it’s not raining.

I’m going to open a CoverItLive window now. Feel free to ask questions and post comments. am going to post updates whenever possible, in between walking around to the different field events and checking back to see what’s happening on the track. .
