Snohomish Economic Development Committee, 4 p.m. today, City Hall, 116 Union Ave. The committee will hear an update on the rail project, which could bring an excursion train to town.

Snohomish Parks and Recreation Board, 7 p.m. Wednesday, City Hall, 116 Union Ave.

Sultan City Council, 7 p.m. Thursday, 319 Main St. Sultan. The council will hold a public hearing on the accessory dwelling unit moratorium.
