Changes coming to Red Umbrella in Everett

Under the Red Umbrella, a spot for dining and live music at 1502 Rucker Ave. in Everett, will have some new offerings this month.

Free live music will run from 7 to 9 p.m. Fridays instead of 6 to 8 p.m.

An expanded menu of appetizers, soups, sandwiches, salads and desserts will be available.

Wine-tasting events also are in the works, but aren’t scheduled until at least April.

Under the Red Umbrella, open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Fridays, will start operating from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays as of March 27.
