Potential pitfalls for Airbus

Airbus could see a drop in orders should the United Airlines, Continental merger take place, reports Marketwatch.
This is largely because Continental’s CEO is a former Boeing executive and his airline’s management is seen as the stronger of the two.
United has some A350 XWB jets on order with Airbus while Delta has Boeing 787s on order.
Another downer for Airbus, its unions will upset aircraft production through April 30 as they push for higher wages, reports Bloomberg.
