Police looking for man who held up Everett pharmacy

EVERETT – Police need the public’s help to identity a man who robbed an Everett pharmacy at gunpoint last month.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office released the suspect’s picture this morning. The robbery happened June 28 at a Walgreens in the 11200 block of Fourth Avenue in unincorporated Everett.

The armed man walked into the store and demanded Oxycontin, a prescription painkiller, from the pharmacist. He grabbed the drugs and fled.

No one was injured.

Detectives are trying to determine if the robber is the same man who recently committed similar holdups in the city of Everett, sheriff’s spokeswoman Rebecca Hover said. He is white, about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a lean build.
