Glued to a crocodile: When field work goes horribly wrong

Field work is rough. It’s long, hard hours often in inhospitable climates. But it’s also comedy gold, as is evident on Twitter with the #fieldworkfail hashtag. Warning. If you click on the hashtag, you can kiss goodbye to at least the next 20 minutes.
