Police searching for Everett bank robber

EVERETT — Police on Thursday evening were searching for a man who held up a bank south of Everett.

The robbery was about 5 p.m. at Banner Bank at 12717 Fourth Ave. W. The man showed a handgun and fled northbound on a red bicycle.

He is described as white, about 5-foot-11 and in his 40s or 50s. He wore a hat, a dark jacket, blue jeans, a fake beard and a fake nose.

The search was ongoing as of press time. Anyone with information should call 911.
