Paving on Evergreen Way to begin

Evergreen Way paving starts next week

Everett will be paving Evergreen Way near Highway 526 starting next week and that will require the on- and off-ramps of the highway to be closed. A detour will be marked.

The ramps close Wednesday, July 29 starting at 7:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. the next morning, and again from Monday, Aug. 3 at 7:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4.

In addition, crews from the state Department of Transportation will pave Highway 96 between McCollum Park and Dumas Road from Tuesday, July 28 to Thursday, July 30.

Expect lane closures and delays. Access to McCollum Park won’t be affected.
