Snohomish chamber to recognize volunteers, others

The Snohomish Chamber of Commerce presents its 2016 Volunteer and Special Recognition awards at the April 18 Chamber Membership luncheon.

  • Sue Sullivan will be posthumously awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award to honor her life of service.
  • Marie Auriol of Peoples Bank will be named the 2016 Chamber Volunteer of the Year.
  • Scott Kelly will accept the 2016 Youth Program Award for Snohomish Schools and WatchDOGS Program.
  • Wally Walsh (posthumously) and Donna Walsh will receive a Special Service Recognition Award for their decades of service together.
  • Karen Guzak of Yoga Circle Studio will be given the Spirit of Snohomish award.
  • The Special Community Project Recognition Award will be received by Crystal Meadows for the Snohomish Garden Club Hanging Basket Project.
