EVERETT — Everett police believe the same woman is responsible for three north Everett espresso stand robberies in the past month.
They released a sketch of the suspect Friday.
“This person is believed to be the same suspect in three separate robberies in the north end of Everett,” Ev
erett police Sgt. Robert Goetz said.
The suspect is described as a woman in her 20s, between 5 feet, 5 inches and 5 feet, 8 inches tall. She has a slender build with reddish-brown hair. She has worn either a grey or black sweatshirt at each robbery.
During one of the robberies she wore a baseball cap.
In all three cases, the suspect entered the espresso stand through the unlocked door and indicated to the barista that she was being robbed and demanded cash.
In one of the robberies, the suspect threatened to stab the victim. Even so, there were no weapons seen in any of the robberies.
In each of the robberies, the suspect attempted to force the victim to give her the keys to their car. In only one instance was she successful. That car was recovered two weeks later in Snohomish.
The robberies occurred around 12:45 p.m. May 16 in the 4100 block of Hoyt Avenue; May 26 around 5:45 p.m. in the 2800 block W. Marine View Drive and on June 5 at 8:10 a.m. in the 2000 block of Broadway Avenue.
In the latest case, barista Nicole Keller wrestled with the robber, managing to remove much of her disguise, which included a bandanna over her face, sunglasses and a ball cap.
If anyone can identify the suspect or has any information about the robberies, they can call the Everett Police Department 425-257–8540.
