Arlington City Council, Snohomish County Council, joint public hearing, 7 tonight, Byrnes Performing Arts Center, 18821 Crown Ridge Blvd. Woodland Ridge Joint Venture has applied for open space classification for 130 acres of property on Country Club Drive in the Gleneagle housing development of Arlington. The proponents want to reduce the amount of property tax they pay.

Arlington Planning Commission, 7 p.m. Tuesday, council chambers, 110 E. Third St. The agenda includes proposed regulations for electrical vehicle charging stations.

Monroe City Council, 7 p.m. Tuesday, council chambers, 806 W. Main St. The agenda includes a decision to establish a tourism promotion area.

Stanwood-Camano School Board, noon Tuesday, board room, administration building, 26920 Pioneer Highway. The board also meets at 11:15 a.m. for a budget study session.
