Body found in Stillaguamish River ID’d as Lake Stevens man

ARLINGTON — A man who was found in the Stillaguamish River on Nov. 1 has been identified as Albert T. Leung of Lake Stevens.

Leung, 41, was found by two anglers near 59th Avenue NE and Dike Avenue east of Arlington. His body was recovered the next day.

The cause and manner of his death are pending further investigation.
