Woman on wheelchair hit by car in Lynnwood, seriously hurt

LYNNWOOD — A driver struck a woman in a motorized wheelchair in Lynnwood Saturday afternoon, according to police.
The driver was reportedly pulling out of a drive-thru in the 4100 block of 196th Street SW. The woman, 51, was on the sidewalk crossing the drive-thru.
She was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with serious injuries.
