LYNNWOOD — A suspect allegedly flashed a handgun during a fight and tried to drive away Sunday afternoon, only to be foiled by a wheel that came off his vehicle in Lynnwood.

Police responded to the 19700 block of 76th Avenue West for a neighborhood assault report, according to the Lynnwood Police Department. A suspect tried to drive off, but a front wheel left the vehicle.

Police put the suspect, who is male, in custody and recovered a firearm.
