LYNNWOOD — One man was injured in a fire at a Lynnwood duplex Thursday night, according to South County Fire.

Around 6:15 p.m., several 911 calls reported a fire at a one-story duplex in the 4300 block of 176th Place SW, fire officials reported. When fire crews arrived, they could see flames.

Inside, they reportedly found an injured man, who was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The extent of his injuries was unclear.

It took firefighters about 30 minutes to get the fire under control. Both units of the duplex were heavily damaged, displacing three residents. The Red Cross responded to assist those displaced, according to South County Fire.

Investigators hadn’t determined a cause Thursday night.
