Award-winning bourbon distillery J.P. Trodden is moving its operation from Woodinville to Maltby.

J.P. Trodden, owned and operated by Mark and Jennifer Neishem, has been producing small batch bourbon since 2010. After nearly a decade, the distillery is moving to a large complex of warehouse buildings at 9206 200th St. SE, Snohomish, just south of Flower World in Maltby.

J.P. Trodden’s new home will open Aug. 22. The Woodinville location is set to close Aug. 18.

The move to Maltby allows J.P. Trodden to increase production and create a private bourbon tasting lounge, scheduled to open later this year.

J.P. Trodden’s bourbon has won double gold and silver medals from San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
