MARYSVILLE — Four people escaped an early morning fire Monday that caused an estimated $85,000 damage to a Marysville-area home.
The fire at the two-story house was reported just after 3 a.m. in the 6500 block of 20th Drive NE.
Nearly two dozen Marysville, Tulalip Bay and Silvana firefighters responded to the blaze, Marysville Fire District spokeswoman Kristen Thorstenson said. By the time emergency crews arrived, flames from the front of the house had reached the attic.
All four occupants of the home escaped without injuries.
The Snohomish County Fire Marshal’s office has determined the cause to be electrical.
