GOLD BAR — A search continued Tuesday for a 70-year-old man missing from Gold Bar. Olaf Eriksen has dementia, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
He was last seen about 1:30 p.m. Monday walking away from his home. Some of his belongings were found near Croft Avenue along the Skykomish River.
The search involves divers and a helicopter.
Eriksen is described as white, 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds. He has gray hair and green eyes. He may be wearing a tan T-shirt with white stripes, along with blue jeans and tennis shoes.
