EVERETT — A high-speed chase Tuesday night ended with the fleeing driver crashing over a cliff in north Everett and suffering possible life-threatening injuries.
The chase hit 80 mph at its fastest, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies drove after the man, 34, who had two felony warrants and was wanted for investigation of domestic violence assault, harassment, malicious mischief and threats to kill, according to the sheriff’s office. He drove through an intersection at 23rd Street and East Grand Avenue and crashed down a cliff in Everett.
The man was hospitalized with potentially life-threatening injuries.
No deputies were hurt.
