William Mulholland

Height: 5 feet 9 inches

Weight: 155 pounds

Hair: Blonde

Eyes: Hazel

Mulholland has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for failure to register as a felony sex offender. Mulholland is a Level 1 sex offender.

Constance Caba

Age: 50

Height: 5 feet 8 inches

Weight: 130 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Brown

Caba has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. She is being supervised for possession of controlled substance.
