EDMONDS — A suspected DUI crash on Saturday morning left the other driver with only minor injuries, Edmonds police said.
The crash occurred around 7 a.m. in the 7000 block of 212th Street SW, police said in a tweet. Witnesses reported seeing the driver speeding.
A 25-year-old Lynnwood man was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence, the tweet said. The other driver, a 36-year-old Mountlake Terrace woman, suffered minor injuries. The suspected DUI driver may have a lower limb fracture.
Photos on Twitter showed two mangled cars, including one on its side.
“Hopefully these photos will inspire you to call an Uber tonight!” Edmonds police wrote.
