EVERETT — A man who was shot Tuesday in an apparent robbery has been identified as Darren D. Larson, of Everett.
Larson, 55, died after he was shot in the back, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. His death was ruled a homicide.
On Tuesday, gunshots were reported just after midnight at an apartment in the 1600 block of 22nd Street, according to Everett police. Larson was found dead. Another man, who also had been shot, was taken to the hospital. He was expected to survive.
The suspect drove away before officers arrived. Police believe the victims may have known the shooter.
