Police: 1 injured in North Creek Trail shooting, suspect at large

MILL CREEK — A suspect is still at large after a shooting Saturday near the North Creek Trail, police say.

Around 9 a.m., two men were arguing near the 13000 block of North Creek Drive, according to Mill Creek police. The conflict reportedly ended in one man shooting the other in the leg. It is unclear what their relationship was and what they were arguing about.  

The injured man was taken to a hospital where he was treated for a “non-life-threatening gunshot wound,” police said.

As of noon Saturday, the man believed to be the shooter had not been taken into custody despite an “exhaustive search of the area,” according to investigators.

It remained an active investigation Saturday.
