EVERETT — Police have completed their investigation into a Jan. 25 crash that killed a pedestrian along Seaway Boulevard.
Cullen Thompson, 31, of Lake Stevens, was walking on the shoulder when he was struck. The driver was a 56-year-old Edmonds woman. Her Chrysler PT Cruiser left the road for an unknown reason.
Thompson worked at nearby SNBL, according to his LinkedIn page.
No traffic ticket has been issued, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said. The case recently was forwarded to prosecutors, who will determine whether to file criminal charges.
