Candidates running for Snohomish County Council and County Executive plan to air their views on growth and development at a debate scheduled for Wednesday evening in Lynnwood.

The event is from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Martha Lake Community Room, 16300 Motor Place, Lynnwood.

Candidates expected include Democratic candidate Brian Sullivan, who is running for County Council District 2; Republican candidate Renee Radcliff-Sinclair and Democrat Mike Cooper, both running for County Council District 3; and incumbent Democratic County Executive Aaron Reardon and Republican challenger Jack Turk.

Republican Bill Cooper, running for County Council District 2, will be out of town and is not expected at the forum.
