Roadwork on I-5 through Marysville tonight to cause delays

MARYSVILLE – People driving on I-5 through Marysville late tonight should add a few extra minutes to allow for roadwork.

Beginning at 11:59 p.m., utility crews plan to conduct rolling slowdowns on both directions of I-5 to pull power lines across the roadway, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Drivers can expect delays of up to 15 minutes on both directions of I-5 near Marysville. Crews are scheduled to complete the rolling slowdowns by 4 a.m.
