LYNNWOOD — A Seattle woman died after a suspected DUI-related car crash Monday evening on Highway 99.
The woman, 35, was a passenger in a 1990 Toyota Corolla driven by a Marysville man, according to the Washington State Patrol. They were heading south on the highway just north of Highway 525 around 10:19 p.m. when the car crossed a concrete divider into northbound traffic, colliding with a 2017 Toyota RAV4 SUV.
The suspected inebriated driver was in custody for investigation of vehicular homicide.
