Opinions should have respected mural artwork

Yes, everyone has an opinion, but wouldn’t it be nice if we could broaden our minds, embrace a higher consciousness regarding all creation, the universe, people and our oneness in it instead of what might be considered narrow minded judgements?

Yes, I have an opinion; I did not see that the mural that was removed spoke negatively or inappropriately about the church, it was art. I saw that the artists’ efforts were generous, playful and they “created.” (“Everett building owner asks graffiti mural to be painted over,” The Herald, Aug. 9) I saw they worked hard on behalf of others. How sad it was destroyed.
