During the covid crisis people have lost jobs and businesses, and some couldn’t even feed their family. Alcoholism and suicide have increased. When people start feeling that depressed and hopeless they need to have a good attitude and change their habits.
With alcohol a good thing to do is to tell yourself that a sober perspective would be a good change and try to have a positive attitude. With suicide you should remember that when you’re dead, that’s it. So you should try to think of that and start the day with the feeling that you could have a new life with a helpful, kind, forgiving and positive attitude.
Maybe you can get a new hobby or do something helpful for other people.
Whatever you believe happens after life’s end you need to enjoy your life while you’re alive on earth and live as much as you can.
Helping other people in any way you can is always a good option
