Tax payers may wind up homeless

New jails must be built just like new schools. You build them – we pay for them.

Although I would like to see them look at a broader tax base – other than taxing my home. I don’t want to be homeless while the lawless lounge in a new jail cell. Don’t make them too comfortable.
