Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound pays rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of charges against individuals responsible for serious crimes, and for the location of wanted persons, illegal drugs or stolen property. Hair: Brown
Solnicka has a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. He has a scar on his right knee.
David Ray Hailey Jr.
Age: 21
Height: 5 feet 9 inches
Weight: 160 pounds
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Brown
Hailey has warrant for possession of controlled substance or dangerous drugs. He has tattoos on his left hand and right arm. He has used the last name Bailey.
If you see any of these people, do not attempt to approach, arrest, detain or follow them. Some wanted persons are being sought for violent crimes or are known to carry weapons. All wanted persons should be considered dangerous. In the evennt of an emergency, call 911.
