The senior class and student officers registered 150 students Tuesday to vote in the upcoming presidential election.

According to the Seattle Animal Shelter, shelters are inundated with the animals as they grow up. Many are euthanized. And don’t release them into the wild, because the animals can’t fend for themselves.

Rabbits, for example, can’t be left in a cage. They need to be held, loved and exercised.

The shelters suggest you put stuffed animals in baskets and leave live animals in the barnyard.
