Jet Wars: Episode XVII — No Happy Endings

The Economist, one of the United Kingdom’s leading news magazines, notes that the last time jet subsidies came before the World Trade Organization, both Canada and Brazil were found guilty of violating the rules on aid to Bombardier and Embraer. Neither side changed their subsidy programs a whit.
